Alliance for Gun Responsibility Endorses Senn

I am incredibly honored to have received the early endorsement from the Alliance for Gun Responsibility. Protecting our communities, schools and families from gun violence is among the top reasons I ran for the state legislature in the first place. My passion and work to combat gun violence has only grown. In fact, this legislative session, after 200 fully-armed protestors in militia-like gear came to the state capital—blocking school groups, scaring visitors and staff, and using intimidation to try to get their way—I introduced legislation to ban open carry at the state capital. The importance and understanding of this kind of policy has only grown given all the armed protestors at capitals across our country in recent months. Thank you to the Alliance for your endorsement and ongoing efforts to lead with data, compassion and grassroots energy.
