Child care is essential, now and for economic recovery

This legislative session, we made huge progress on raising the profile of child care as a critical feature of a robust economy. With the COVID-19 epidemic now upon us, the issue of child care for medical professionals and first responders, again shows how critical it is. We must support child care businesses and their employees to ensure we have high-quality childcare available for the needed economic recovery too.
